Our mission is to create food that is uncomplicated, yet rich in taste and joy. By using only the finest ingredients at
fair and reasonable prices, we believe that good food should be enjoyed every day—not only on special
occasions.

The love for taste and the art of bread making is the beginning of King of Bread.
In 2016, we started a small bakery section in our hotel, serving fresh bread for breakfast. The warm response from our guests made us realise the value of honest, heartfelt baking.
By early 2017, we opened our own bakery shop to supply local restaurants and continue serving hotels. At the same time, our passion for Artisan Bread grew stronger. We believed in the philosophy of natural bread without additives, which quickly caught the attention of international customers passing through. By mid-2017, King of Bread expanded into a breakfast restaurant, with bread as the centrepiece—deeply inspired by travel experiences in countries where Breakfast & Brunch culture is celebrated. We called it Café K.O.B (Café King of Bread). Over the years, we grew from a small café into a trusted brunch destination for both locals and travellers.
In early 2021, we opened our second branch, Cafe K.O.B by the Sea, a seaside café that carried the same warmth and honesty in flavor. It received overwhelming support from both locals and international guests—and marked the beginning of our expansion journey.

In 2025, we chose to return to our roots by reclaiming the name “King of Bread.” This change reflects a clearer
brand identity and reinforces our original foundation—celebrating bread and crafting brunch experiences that are
simple, yet delicious.
